Thank you for trusting me with your Disney vacation plans. When travel plans are up in the air due to an impending hurricane, I am here to help you make the best decision for your family. This week began with helping guests navigate their travel plans and make adjustments if necessary.

When flights are being changed, cancellation and modification policies are ever changing and when you’re not sure of your options, I am here to help. When phone lines are turned off, we are still here to serve you and keep working throughout the day. Hi Ho agents work together so if one of us can't get through, another agent is helping us help you! Thank you Danielle Ott for being amazing and helping me with my guests when I couldn't get through and traveling myself.

Each trip is different, so I am here to help you decide what is best for your family. Always use an agent and let a professional help you, so you don't have to do this alone!

We are at the midweek point & now just waiting as things continue to unfold. While preparation is always key, things can change quickly so the next few hours & days will be the key to many of the questions & scenarios we have all had playing out in our minds. Keeping all of Florida in my thoughts today!
