Owners, Kai Yu and his wife Helen Zhao are directly involved in daily operations and work with customer personally. Kai has a Masters and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and has over 20 years of experience in structural engineering that has worked on several high projects including damage investigation of the World Trade Center. He also held a P.E licenses in New York, Delaware, and currently has one in Indiana. Helen has a Master’s Degree and a Ph. in Physiological Chemistry and holds an Indiana Real Estate License and is affiliated with Century 21 Scheetz. Helen manages the business operations including marketing, financial, and customer support duties.
