We still need to landscape and there is plenty of mud right now but the cottage is completly finished. Mark , Sierra and Austin got everything moved in and set up.

Bittersweet day for us at Indianola.
Our beloved Blue Crab Cottage is coming down today,
to make way for the new BLUE CRAB TWO.

We gave them 2 growing seasons to recover. Sad we lost 7 of our 9 palms in the freeze of 2020 and our beautiful pines planted by Woody and Jan. Looking forward to replanting soon. 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌲🌲

I grew up in nearby Belgrade, Montana and have been passionate about hunting dogs and bird hunting my whole life. I have been a licensed fishing & hunting guide since 2011 with Blast & Cast Outfitters. Between training my bird dogs, or guiding fly fishermen and waterfowl hunters, I am plenty busy outdoors in the Madison Valley. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Animal Science with an emphasis in Animal Reproduction from Montana State University.

Callan was raised in Helena, Montana along with 3 Diamond R Labs since the 1990s and has since raised several more Diamond R pups from birth. She enjoys her time with the started puppies working on their hunting skills. She handles all social media and communication for Diamond R. Callan graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor's in Marketing and minors in Spanish Language and International Business.

Our main goal of Diamond R Kennels is to get you the right Labrador puppy for you and to provide the best tools and ideas to raise your dog and be the best owner you can be. We believe in buying not only great Labradors but also buying from people you trust.

We hope to make you part of the for life... sending a 2nd or 5th pup home with a family is just as fun as the first.

On Feb. 14th, Texas Game Wardens assigned to Matagorda county rescued 40 sea turtles from East Matagorda Bay. These turtles were stunned from the severe cold weather conditions. The sea turtles were transported to the dock where they were released to rehabbers.

Texas Game Wardens along the coast will continue to monitor the situation as we this winter event passes through the state.
