All we ask is that you clean the kitchen and wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher after use. Privacy and Interaction While this is a private room offer, we want you to feel at home. Feel free to use our kitchen and outdoor furniture. You can select to keep your privacy or to have interaction with my husband and me as we will share the kitchen and other main living areas. If we are not at home, we will be available by phone. Need a ride we got you covered. Instead of waiting for a driver- your driver will be waiting for you. We have partnered with several professional drivers who Provide transportation for you to and from the airport and if needed throughout your stay to the locations of your choosing. Just message me before your arrival and I will put you in touch with the drivers so the arrangements can be made. As always there is Uber and Lyft that is available for your transportation needs
Parking Driveway parking is available. Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway. Street parking is not permitted in the evenings after 9 pm until 6 am. T
Community Pool and Spa are in the front portion of the community near the main entrance. We do have 2 closer satellite pools. We do have specific instructions for the gate, as this community is guarded 24 hours per day. You will receive check-in instructions at least 24 hours in advance.
