Hello All! We are moving away from short-term renting and hoping to rent 30+ night minimums beginning May 2024. Please let me know if you or someone you know may be interested. Our home is located in the gated community of Terra Lago, in Indio, California--30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the airport.

Fully stocked kitchen
Saltwater pool & spa
Dog okay
3-car garage
Golf courses located in the community, tennis and pickle ball nearby.
Shopping, restaurants, casinos, Joshua Tree National Park--all nearby
Security deposit and lease agreement required
Our monthly price is negotiable--especially for the right renters--but we're currently priced at $4700/month, May through October 2024. This includes premium cable, wi-fi, twice weekly pool service, twice monthly landscaping, walk-up trash service, a utility credit of up to $300 month (for gas, water, electricity combined), HOA fees, and access to the community gym (community pool is currently under construction, but when it opens, access to that as well.)

November & December 2024 = $5500/month
January - April 2025 = $6500/month
