Hi Friends! If you think you would like to stay on 30A next summer please read! We’ve already had requests for summer 2020 before we’ve even released the days for rental. We have decided to offer first “dibs” to our friends/family and favorite past guests and we will still give you the 5% off rates discount.
So, please get with me ASAP if you are interested in renting next summer and I will block those days for you and your family before opening it up on Airbnb. It is first come, first serve.
The same cancellation policy applies: 100% refundable if cancelled within five days and 50% is refundable until 7 days before check-in.

Sea turtle nesting season begins in May on many Florida beaches including the beaches of South Walton and northwest Florida. The season lasts through the end of October and is the critical time when people can help keep sea turtles and hatchlings safe.
