This is a 4 bedroom (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of twin bunkbeds), 4 bath, 3-story home nestled on Trigger Trail in the resort community of Seacrest Beach (between the beach communities of Rosemary and Alys Beaches). Affording plenty of space for guests to roam, this lovely vacation rental features televisions in the living area and all bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and central HVAC (each floor has i

ts own AC unit). There is a sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor for additional sleeping if needed. All the bedrooms also have their own porch. To top it all off there is a lovely deck off the 3rd floor with a built-in gas barbecue, dining table and a large seating group. Four adult cruiser bikes are at the home for guest use, as well. The proximity to local shopping and dining options can't be beat: Peddler's Pavilion (2 min walk), Rosemary Beach (4 min walk), Alys Beach (8 min walk) and Inlet Beach (15 min walk). Guests residing at this home have use of the deeded beach access for Seacrest and Sunset Beaches. The walk to this beach access is 6 minutes or hop on the Seacrest Beach shuttle which ferries guests to the pool and beach access and back again daily from 9am - 5:45pm (Mar through Oct, weather permitting). Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) can be reserved in advance by contacting La Dolce Vita. Guests have exclusive use of the 12,000 square foot Seacrest Beach lagoon pool where you’ll also find the Seacrest Beach Café situated amongst outdoor seating and tropical landscaping.

"Great Anniversary Stay!" - 5/5

This was a wonderful property with an open airy concept. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and the upstairs patio was perfect for grilling and watching the sunset. Sandra was beyond helpful during our stay and the location was super close to everything. The beach tram was very easy to use and made getting everything there and back a breeze. Definitely recommend staying!

"What a gem for our first time in 30A!" 5/5

This property exceeded all our expectations! We had two families plus friends - 11 people in total - and this home was a dream. The location was perfect - such a short walk to Peddler’s Pavilion for night time fun and shopping/dining, quick walk to the beach, and the pool is around the corner. No noise issues with its proximity to the road whatsoever. Our teenagers had a great time on the upstairs patio deck and the 2nd floor living spaces were open and roomy for everyone to hang out, eat and play games! We are already planning our return trip. Thank for a great first time to 30A :)

Amazing location and incredible house!

We stayed here with our 1 year old, 6 year old, my husband and I, plus my in-laws and it was wonderful. The location is right by Peddlers pavilion which we loved bc we could go and listen to live music, grab a beer, icecream for the kids, pizza, dinner, breakfast, rent bikes, etc.. The house itself was very clean, beds are incredibly comfortable, sheets were super soft, has an ice maker which we loved and the layout is great because everyone has their privacy and own space. I had intiallg worried about street noise due to it being on 30A, but there was none and it actually fun to watch bikers and runners from the upstairs entertaining area. The house is an easy walk across the street to the beach (super close) and very close to the seacrest pool as well, which is amazing. The management, Sandra and her husband were so nice to work with and very accommodating and helpful which great response time. I would 100% recommend this house and location and we will definitely be renting from them again!

The convenience of this property is amazing! Short walk to the pool, short walk to the village where all shops are located and a tram stop directly outside the door! The 6 balconies were amazing for me and my family! We had 7 adults and 3 kids staying on one trip and it was perfect. Nobody was on top of each other and the bunk room was a huge plus for the kids! Will definitely be staying here again! :)
