We agree with our neighbors, Cayuga Shoreline! The food is incredible and the wonderful proprieters are my high school hockey coach's granddaughter and her husband! Don't let the big ice cream cone fool you....incredible hand crafted meals with exceptional composition and incredients are right inside the door!
AND...there's ICE CREAM!

Our farmhouse and cottages can sleep around 25-27 people, but we know that’s not always enough room. We have good news - our neighborhood is chock-full of vacation rentals! Here is what you can expect to see at the painted porch when you visit. We have 4 bedrooms. 1 Queen on the first floor, 1 full with an alcove containing the library and a bunk bed, I upstairs bedroom with a queen and full and a twin day bed & a Queen upstairs room with an alcove containing a bunk bed and a rollout twin.

Since we bought the house in 2014, we have been working hard to update it and make it a home that is comfortable, safe and honors it's almost 200 year legacy on Cayuga Lake. New windows. New dock. New siding. A new bathroom. New electric. New outside trim. New floor joists. New plaster. New paint. New fire alarms. New plumbing. New water filter. Renting the house out enables us to pay for these updates.

These pictures are from 2014, when we were buying the 1826 farm house on Cayuga Lake. This house is very lucky to have been owned and lived in by one family since 1902, so very few "major trendy renovations" were ever done. We learn more and more about the home's history each year.
