The two met while working together in the catering and event planning business, Wally, a professional chef, and Nancy involved in both office and event management. Walter, or Wally to all that he meets, has been involved in professional cooking for over 30 years, and his passion has always included fine dining, especially in breakfast. Between the two, Nancy and Wally have nearly 45 years of experience in the business, and are thrilled to finally be able to share in their own partnership adding personal touches of cuisine and immense hospitality.
