Everyone planning on going to the Chicken & Rice / non-perishable food drive Sat at the Swimming Hole, the public boat ramp at 200 & 41 will be closed due to the dragon boat races.
Please use alternate ramps.

You can drop off the non-perisable food at Jen & JayRoy's.

Be careful out there the water is up!

I am not sure of of the Turner camp rd. Slide, The water maybe too high to get under.

If anyone rides in Potts please keep an eye out for this dog! Let’s help find her, she’s only 6 months old.

Lost my 6 mo old german shepherd puppy today... she was chased by some loose chihahaus...broke her lead and tan into Potts preserve.. she is not an outside dog by any means...little dogs scare her... please.. I'm desperate to find her..
Her name is kelly... she loves people

This evening we had someone on social media threaten to shoot at airboats while they were hunting in pots preserve.

I do not take this lightly and the process has began.

I will not tolerate weirdos thinking that they can do this and get away with it.

All,

There is a new route to take when crossing from the River - to Lake Hernando when going around the lock on the canal.

When you cross over do not run down berm rd, as it is deteriorating, there is a cleared trail to cross berm rd with additional dirt work present.

This is infuriating 🤬 this is what BS hill looked like Saturday evening! We picked up over 50 empty cans, plastic bottles and crown bottles on BS hill and all down the main canal!

📣Don’t forget the upcoming rodeo is April 20th! Sign ups start @ 10am! Rodeo starts at 11:00

🐖 We will be selling pork sandwich plates for a $10 donation that will go to the veterans! Also CCAA apparel will be available for purchase!

📣May 18th is the poker run! UPDATE We need ONE more stop filled. Sunset Point! Please message us if you’re interested in filling this one! Need to get it filled ASAP! We appreciate all your help! ✍️Sign-up starts at 10am at the Swimming Hole!

‼️Also, take home what you brung! It is not the responsibility of others to clean up after you! We all want to continue using the swimming hole, if it is not kept up properly we will lose our lease! Please be responsible 😊

Good afternoon just a reminder that the CCAA club meeting is this Saturday at 1:00 and shannon’s house off Parsons point. This is our renewal for dues so if you have not sent in your dues yet please bring your $50 to pay Mrs. Cheryl for the year. There was a misprint in the last newsletter the rodeo will be on April 20th at the swimming hole. Hope to see everyone on Saturday.

Just a reminder this Saturday is the CCAA meeting and horseshoe tournament at the swimming hole. The signups for the tournament will start around 10. The cost will be $10 per person. The weather looks perfect so hope to see everyone out there.
