It is the ideal home for extended families due to majority of living space being on the ground level. We are also a pet friendly property! In fact we have a little wild resident called Bravery the Cat. She lives outside and adopted the house more than we adopted her. She never comes in the house though. She is the tamest wild cat we've ever seen and will even sit on your lap on the beach side porch. The wide covered front and back porches are ideal for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. The rear verandah overlooks breath-taking ocean views, palm trees and the white sand beach, while the front verandah overlooks a beautiful tropical landscaped garden. Our vacation home also has a Roof Top Deck, again with stunning views of the palm lined sandy beach, and views of the blue & turquoise Ocean as far as the eye can see. Recognized as a preferred location by International Designers & Publications for fashion and swimwear photo sessions, the interior is casually furnished, tropically decorated, and provides every imaginable convenience. You'll find an abundance of great island shops, full-service marinas, and popular local restaurants nearby! Our home is also listed on the Official Florida Tourism Site. Fort Jefferson - Dry Tortugas National Park, Florida.

Fort Jefferson is the dominate feature of Garden Key, taking up about 85% of the small island. Visitors can explore the fort on their own from sunrise to sunset utilizing a self-guided tour route that starts from the Dry Tortugas Visitor Center inside the fort.

Fort Jefferson is a massive but unfinished coastal fortress. It is the largest brick masonry structure in the Americas, and is composed of over 16 million bricks. The building covers 16 acres (6.5 ha).

The fort is located on Garden Key in the lower Florida Keys within the Dry Tortugas National Park, 68 miles west of the island of Key West.

March, (well a little before) I start planning out the capital improvements for both houses. Let's start with LR.

1. Tiki hut & seating on the canal side
2. Outdoor rinse off shower around the pool.
3. Better BBQ area on the pool deck.
4. Separate shed (other than the pool shed) for bikes/etc
5. Outdoor couches & tables on roof deck.
6. Personal recommendations

I would love it if you would indicate your TOP 3 according to number.
