Cozy Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood on the Isle of Palms.

Come and enjoy our Southern Hospitality in this “Isle of Palms original” that will take you back to the days before Hurricane Hugo. Originally built in 1968, it is a wonderful example of what a simpler life was like on the island back before tourism, Hurricane Hugo, and the IOP Connector.

The kitchen and living spaces are open to each other. The master bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of closet/storage space, and a TV and DVD player. Attached is a full bath with a shower only. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV and DVD player. There is a day bed in the small laundry room area. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath is in the hallway for easy access by everyone in your party and features a beautifully refurbished antique claw foot tub . The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the living room is charming and comfortable. The added 16x20 screened outdoor porch provides lots of extra space and seating for gathering.

“This house has the coolest furnishings (wowza-must of had a very hip designer?), amazing private pool area, cabana room with huge seating by the pool that can stay open or closed (our teens loved it) ,comfy deck and pool chairs, new kitchen, and the perfect beach vibe. We have stayed in this home previously and think it is a gem of a rental property-you literally have everything you need under one roof for an amazing fun and relaxing vacation! We loved biking to the local restaurants nearby and seafood/butcher shops are just around the corner- perfect for entertaining too!”

“All eleven of us loved this fantastic home and found it to be an ideal place for a reunion. The home is gorgeous inside and out and is very spacious and extremely comfortable. It is just a few doors down from the beach which was ideal. The gourmet kitchen had excellent chairs to sit on whenever we rallied in the kitchen. The living room furniture and the furniture in the enclosed area by the fireplace near the pool were extremely comfortable. In fact all the seating in and outside of the home is very well selected, high end, and comfortable. All the beds were very wonderfully comfortable and had very nice bedding on them. The home is impeccably designed. The thoughtfulness and generosity of the owners is incredibly rare. Every kitchen tool, dish, and cookware you could ever need is within this kitchen. There is a generously stocked pantry for your essential needs as well. The owners have definitely dedicated themselves to taking care of anyone who rents their home. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to stay and enjoy such a spectacular home.”

“Salty Dogs was picture perfect! The home is absolutely beautiful, each room with its own vibe. Everything is so well thought out that we felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch deck in the morning. Just a few minutes from Sullivans Island and some great nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!”
