The Village's Green Day event is this Saturday, May 6th at the Public Works's garage.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Brian Yarbrough at [email protected]. We are looking for volunteers who can carry 25lbs.

The 2023 Itasca Memorial Day Parade will step-off on May 29 at 9:30 am from the corner of Washington Street and Princeton Avenue and will conclude at the corner of Walnut Street and Bloomingdale Road.

A Memorial Service will be held immediately following the parade at Usher Park. Come out with the family and support your local veterans!

ALL ITASCA VETERANS, not just VFW Members, are invited to join in procession, and stand around the Memorial and American Flag, and to be a part of the Memorial Day Service as we Honor all Veterans.

Any Veterans wishing to participate, are asked to meet at the Usher Park Gazebo following the parade to line up ahead of the procession.

Hey friends, Throwback Jukebox is excited to be providing the live entertainment on Saturday, 10/1/22, for the 4th Annual Itasca Food Pantry benefit at Cucina Casale on Walnut Street in the heart of Itasca. This is a rain or shine event. The band will be outside if weather permits and inside if it doesn't cooperate. See the flyer attached for more information and consider calling Casale's (630-285-0840) for reservations. There is no cover charge but there is a $10.00 entrance fee that goes entirely to the food pantry and which entitles you to a free hot dog or bratwurst sandwich which is provided compliments of Rino at Casale's. There will be a limited menu including their delicious pizza and of course a wide variety of beverages which will be available for purchase. It is expected that there will be prizes, a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle but that will shape up as it gets closer. Let us know if you caught any fish this weekend. Here is one of our Vice Presidents ( Thomas Kryger ) who just got back from a fishing trip in Canada. He caught over 240 fish in four days and one of them was 45 inches long monster. ( I told you we love to fish! ) Hope you all have a great weekend!
