For the next two weeks in Community Wine Class, Laura will be showcasing the star varietials of the Northern Rhone. This week on Thursday the 6th is her all time favorite red varietal, Syrah. Black plum,
currant, spice, and black olive, are just some of the mind-blowing flavors you'll get from this wine.

The following Thursday on Feb 13th, I will be featuring Viognier. This full-bodied aromatic white bursts with tropical and stone fruit, and honeysuckle. If you haven't discovered this wine yet, you are in for a treat.

In both classes, I'll be sharing examples from Northern Rhone, Southern Australia, Central Coast CA, and the Finger Lakes, so you are going to experience the full range of possibilities with these varietals!
