Array is probably the best show I have seen in Pigeon Forge!

Also in Corbin Ky.. Had to see where it all started. A nice museum with a KFC combined. Also getting food for Sunday.

On a funnier note… if you spend some time in the restroom you will be entertained with Col. Sanders GPS that so says fits on one single cassette tape .

Road-tripping with Joe - Pit stop at David’s for dinner.

Our first time here on a trip to good old Pigeon Forge and it will be a stop every time. Steak on the buffet on Saturday’s and after 4 on weekdays.

Great server kept the glasses full and always checked in on us. Felt like and old style vibe from when I was a teenager. They offer order from the menu as well as buffet.

This Joe’s belly is stuffed and satisfied!

A chat with a Disney World bus driver.

There is no slow times at Disney!

We booked for this week ourselves hoping it to be slow. It is not! Disney will schedule events around slow times from history to fill those slow weeks for one. An example he said was a Star Wars event scheduled during a slow time (a marathon I think). Another if everyone hears the 3rd week of February is slow… guess what? It is not slow anymore.

So a tip from a average Joe book (with me of course) the best time that works on your schedule not around hopeful slow times.

What a wonderful experience.

The Filet was definitely my favorite! But the entire dining experience overall is by far the best. If you are a Beauty and the Beast fan this is the place to go.

It’s going to cost you $67 per adult and $39 for under 10 so plan accordingly.

Love Ramen ? I do and I was surprised to be invited to eat here.

Ramen a plenty and my son (the picky one) even loved the duck fat fried chicken.

I am no good at chopsticks but definitely good at slurping! So if you are ever up around Easton drop in and have a slurp.
