Conserving our is America’s best idea! We are very to have shared their beauty with so many people. We hope that this will continue long into the future.

Unfortunately not everyone agrees. Currently there is a group of Senators in the Wyoming legislature that are trying to get these lands into the state’s hands and then to be sold to the highest bidder.

Please join us in telling these men and women that this is a terrible idea. America’s beautiful spaces belong to the public!

So far our Winter snowpack is shaping up nicely! After reaching 100%, both the and are at 93% and 91% respectively.

Day dreaming of hopper season. Big bugs = big fun while fishing for Teton gold (aka Snake River Cutthroat).

Our region’s snow water equivalent is currently at 109% of average. Meaning our snowpack is looking healthy and if it just keeps on snowing, we are in store for a great fishing season this year 🤞

Did you know that there is an estimated 2,650 miles of streams and 150 lakes in Yellowstone National Park?

From big browns, lake trout and native cutthroat; to grizzly bears, geysers, and hot springs - a day in the park offers an incredible, unique fishing experience. Where else in the world would you be hooked up to a nice brown trout, with caddis hatching and the sounds of a geyser bubbling into the stream next to you?

Early mornings, long days, a full schedule - the summer season can be tough on a guide. When fall rolls around, we all feel a bit of relief as we catch up on sleep, catch fish of our own, and enjoy the slower days.

Each year, we bring the crew together to round off the season with a weekend-long celebration. An opportunity to decompress & spend some time together; show some gratitude to our staff, catch some fish… and flaunt our collections of retro fishing gear, of course.

Plenty to be thankful for this year. Friends, family, this beautiful place we call home. We had such a great season with a fantastic crew and we spent time on the water with so many good folks.

has been having a heck of an off-season. From big steelhead to redfish, he’s making the most out of his time between his season with us in Jackson to the start of season with down in Chile.

Great guide, great guy. We are happy to see him getting on some fish with his time off!

The crew is staying fishy during the shoulder season despite the temps changing and the snow falling. Snowy, cloudy days continue to bring good fishing in our area and we are enjoying every minute of it!

As our busy season has finally started to wind down, we are feeling incredibly grateful for another year on the water with our amazing staff/guides and great clients. Even after 24 years, sharing our area and its fisheries with folks still feels as special as it did when we started.

We would like to thank all of the wonderful folks who joined us this year. We are already looking forward to next spring and kicking off our 25th season! 🎣

Last week we helped out with their annual fish rescue.

It’s always a good time wandering with the folks volunteering their time to rescue fish that have swam into the irrigation ditches throughout the valley.
