We are very sad to see this. What was YOUR favorite Michael Madsen movie? Ours? Sin City.

"Reservoir Dogs" and "Kill Bill" actor Michael Madsen has died at 67 years old.

His managers released the following statement: “In the last two years Michael Madsen has been doing some incredible work with independent film including upcoming feature films 'Resurrection Road,' 'Concessions' and 'Cookbook for Southern Housewives,' and was really looking forward to this next chapter in his life. Michael was also preparing to release a new book called 'Tears For My Father: Outlaw Thoughts and Poems' currently being edited.Michael Madsen was one of Hollywood’s most iconic actors, who will be missed by many.”

This is a one-day celebration of geek and pop culture like you rarely get to experience. Not so much a "comic-con" because there's not actually a lot to do with comics, but moreso, a completely different EXPERIENCE (MeggaXP stands for Michigan's Entertainment, Gaming, Geek and Arts EXPERIENCE afterall).We're talking:

Vendor Room - over 60 vendor tables filled with art, posters, toys, video games, cosplay supplies, collectibles, and memorabilia.

Video Game Room & Challenges - An open video game room filled with over 50 gaming setups where you can play anything from
original Super Mario Bros. to Fortnite and Balatro. Plus challenges where you can win Megga Money to spend in our Vendor Room.

Tabletop Room - Play open board games from Catan to Yahtzee, participate in RPG sessions in things like D&D and Pathfinder, or play some card games from Magic the Gathering to Euchre!

Live Action Game Shows and Trivia Contests - Test your knowledge on things like Andor and Empire, or participate in games like "The Geekly Feud"
Kid's Con Room - A room dedicated to the littles in your life. Bring the kiddos here to play kid themed board games, video games, or other activities such as an art contest, word search, scavenger hunt and more!
