The condo is on the 5th floor of a 7-storied condo building. Assigned parking spot under the building. Close to the grocery stores Publix, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Walking distance to coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.

Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with adjustable king-size bed. Large master walk-in closet. Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo off the master bedroom. Second bedroom with a queen bed and 2 closets. Direct access to a full bathroom. Dining room with a large table that sits 6. Living room with a large sectional, bookcases, TV and a desk that converts to a full-size Murphy bed. Inflatable EZ queen-size bed on rollers that can be positioned anywhere. Air-conditioning, Internet, TVs with streaming in all the rooms. Iron and ironing board. Large capacity washers/dryers on the same floor. Beach chairs, umbrella, kids sand toys and floats.
