"It was my 1st time using Airbnb. I was really nervous, the pictures & nightly rate seemed too good to be true. The house turned out to be Gorgeous !! The property was beautiful !! The check in & check out went so smoothly. Eric is truly the best host !! The cleanliness of the house & property was impeccable !! I couldn't believe how clean everything was. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my little dog. My dog had a blast with all the land to run & explore. The dock out to the water was spectacular !! It was so peaceful, quiet and private. I loved watching & listening to all the birds. The neighborhood was so pretty & safe to walk around with my dog. Sitting out on the deck & sunporch was lovely. I had the best week. I was sad to check out, the place was beautiful !! Eric answered all my questions promptly and the communication went so well.
