I do not get over to where I left my heart (Deep in the Highlands of Scotland) but I do know some dear native Scots that own thier own touring companies over there! If you are thinking of taking a trip to one of the many Islands of Scotland, let me share some amazing photos from Orkney. Here you will see the awesome Standing Stones the Ring of Brodgar where a few years ago they unearthed an ancient Neolithic Village (2500 BC to 2000 BC. Further away there is the Prehistoric Neolithic Village of Skara Brae. This Iron Age Settlement dates back to 3200 BC to 2200 BC it is thought to be inhabited for 600 years.
