HIGHLANDS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROJECT PRE-BID CONFERENCE - WEDNESDAY, JAN. 11 at 2:00 PM - CPPI OFFICES IN JAX - CPPI and ADG Acuity Design Group are currently soliciting final bids for the Highlands Elementary School Redesign and Redevelopment project with Duval County Public Schools (DCPS). This project features 77,000 SF of new construction and 14,000 SF of renovations. Sealed bids will be due on Feb. 11 at 2:00 PM. SAN PABLO ROAD RESIDENTS

New construction for San Pablo improvements has removed existing drainage on the southbound shoulder and replaced existing drainage with new and larger drainage pipe with a temporary conveyance ditch to provide positive drainage to existing outfall locations. The contractor, as per contract, is responsible for ongoing maintenance of the new and existing drainage system within the project limits and is on call for all drainage emergencies 24/7.

Prior to any rain event the contractor has inspected all drainage inlet openings to ensure they are functioning and unimpeded.
