Happy Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday! I have been able to visit New Orleans a few times and it is always a treat. The culmination of the carnival season comes to an end with Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent. New Orleans has a reputation as a party place and Mardi Gras is a big part of it. A little bit French, a bit of Spanish, some Creole and all American fun! Go to New Orleans, you'll like it! As they say " Laissez le bon temps rouler". Let the good times roll!
