Exciting News:

We Are Ready To Launch!

Dear Friends,

Boy, this summer flew by. The feelings of oh snap how could it be mid-august combined with oh yes it's almost pumpkin spice season has me energized, exhilarated, and ready to get back into the SPIN of it.

So drum roll please...After working tirelessly to get our next (and final!) spin home up and running, we finally feel ready to share it with you.

We are so excited for the changes ahead. The new studio has BRAND NEW BIKES, NEW GYM EQUIPMENT, PUNCHING BAGS, AIR CONDITIONING, A BATHROOM (located in our sister shop), NEW INSTRUCTORS, AND AN ENTIRELY NEW BOOKING SYSTEM WITH CLASS PACKAGES! Insert happy dance here because OMG WE ARE BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!

More details to come, but for now it's time to SAVE THE DATE - SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH, 2024 for our grand opening. Spin has given me so much. It's taught me that it's always only about the ride and the present moment; that no matter how hard you try, things will never be perfect; that we must trust even in the dark; that getting started is the hardest part; that sometimes letting go is sweating, singing, and dancing in a room full of people that you may have just met; that caring for your health is the most important thing you will ever do; and that anything is possible when you are supported by the universe with intention, unconditional love, and community. So naturally of course, our sister space, ADK Namaste, was born out of that moment at the end of spin class, when we raise our arms up to the sky bringing our hands in and all of that good positive energy into our souls. The light in me honors the light in you. ADK Namaste, my friends, and welcome to our soul-inspired sanctuary and boutique. We hope you will enjoy all of our new spaces and return to your self over and over again.

To say we couldn't be more proud of this group of women (Bobbi- you too!) is an understatement. Over the last 90 days, as a group, we've lost 96+ inches and 65+ pounds over the course of 250 individual rides. They are proof that hard work + dedication + community = RESULTS.

Congrats to our top 3 winners and to each of you for the incredible mind, body, and lifestyle transformations !!!!

Apres-Ski ALERT!!

Cadence Lodge in Wilmington is one of our new favorite dinner places! The ambiance is amazing and Chef Don is killing it with delicious homemade food. We personally recommend his pork chop. It's to die for and that fruits of the forest pie for dessert...OMG!

This is truly apres-ski done right. See you on the slopes this season and at Cadence afterwards for some goodness ✨️

The Adirondacks was named a "favorite" destination for Thanksgiving getaways. We aren't shocked -- it's exactly why we like to host Thanksgiving here. What better place to be thankful and spend time with family and friends than in the mountains? Can't think of one better! 😍

Andddd that's a wrap, folks!

Our 90 day challenge ended last Saturday and the results were amazing! As a group, we've lost close to 40 inches and over 20 pounds. We've sprinted and climbed through all sorts of weather, from freezing negative degree temps to sunny and sweaty 80 degree days. The wins and confidence built have been both incredible and unpredictable. I couldn't be more proud and honored to ride with this spin community and am so looking forward to an even bigger and better challenge next year. Huge congrats to all of our participants and especially to our winner Alicia P, who never missed a class! This fun, loyal, and hardworking group has been a true inspiration and its been a great joy to ride with you! ✨️✨️✨️

For the past year, we've spun with neighbors, strangers, hosts, guests, friends, and family; and it's been an absolute BLAST. We are incredibly thankful for all of the support and are working hard on turning our little spin studio into a forever thing here in Jay. So for now, it's time to take a break, manifest more, and revamp into a new space.

We will be holding our last classes for the season over the next few weeks until we are in our new spot mid-summer! Stay close for details and check the spin calendar (linkinbio) often for added classes.

One of our newest properties we are honored to cohost is Camp AuSable! This 1400 sq. ft., single story house sleeps 9 and has all of the nostalgic feels from the 1950s. It’s a great fishing, hiking or biking base with easy access to the High Peaks and Lake Placid.
