Let’s break it down!

5 reasons you should use ME as your travel agent!

I see this question a lot! Why should I use a travel agent? There are so many answers to this question, but let’s condense it into 5 reasons!

5. Time! I save you a lot of time! ⏱️ I gather your information and start making quotes. Whether it’s for a cruise, a Disney destination, an all inclusive resort, I will go through what I think is best for your family and help guide you through that process! Quoting trips takes a lot of time!! This is the longest and hardest part of the trip!

4. Promotions! After you book a trip, you may not think much about it other than have a countdown going. However, I’m constantly checking to see if the price has dropped or if the vendor has released a promotion that may enhance your trip!

3. Itineraries- I don’t just book your trip and ✌️ out! I’m here as much or as little as you want! I love to recommend dining, excursions, brainstorm and think through different options. For certain destinations, I help book dining and other fun options. I remind you what we need to do next, when payments are due, etc.

2. Small business! I am a small business! Booking with me costs you nothing extra- I promise! You can quote the same thing I do and if you find it cheaper- let me know, there’s usually a reason why! You booking with me helps my family so much! I love helping to make your trip magical and help you make memories with those you love!

1. Expertise! I travel a lot! I go to all the places I’m booking and travel to the regions of all inclusive resorts! I read reviews from other professionals and families that have been to the places I haven’t! I complete a lot of courses! If I am booking a destination, I’ve gone through trainings- tests- online or in person meetings! No two trips are the same because no 2 groups are the same! Your itinerary and trip is totally customized to what you are doing and who you are going with!

If you are going to Disney world or Universal Orlando with just your spouse, I’m not sending you on the same trip as if you had 3 kids in tow!

Disney cruises are quite simply the best! From the big productions- like fireworks at sea and deck parties to the attention to detail when cleaning a stateroom, the service is top quality!

Today has been full of vacation planning. A few things I saw.
1. Cruises are filling up- when this happens it gets more expensive…
2. Disney has some amazing discounts in March!

I know Christmas 🎄 is coming up and everyone is looking for something to get their teenagers! What about a weekend getaway to Universal Orlando?! ✈️ 🎢

Time away with your teen, going on adventure, ride some coasters that may make you a little sick, laugh, eat sugar, buy souvenirs! This sounds way better than the newest game system!

In the past few days, I’ve booked 2 families with weekend trips- leave on Friday and come back on Monday. Spend a few days in the parks and with each other!

**stay in one of their resorts that includes unlimited express and skip the lines to most attractions** it is definitely worth it!

Disney tip:

Get to your resort early in the day. Check in isn’t guaranteed until 3pm, however you can go early and use all of the resort amenities!

🏊‍♀️ swim! Take advantage of the amazing pools at your resort!
🍔 Eat! Grab a quick service meal and eat pool side!
💴 shop! Checkout the resort gift store.

I love arriving and going straight to the parks, but our last trip we decided to swim for a bit and chill before our fun week started. It was such a fun day!

Disney cruise line:

A lot of people ask me why would I go on a Disney cruise?

That’s easy, it’s quite frankly the best cruise line I’ve sailed on. The quality of the ship, the food, the entertainment and the staff are better than any other cruise I’ve been on.

Does it cost more? Most of the time, yes!

Is it worth it? 100% yes!

Whether you are looking for a quick getaway (3 days with a stop at castaway cay- pictured below) or a longer 7 night Caribbean or European trip- I would recommend DCL!

You won’t be disappointed!

DISNEYLAND

I love Disneyland- like it may be my favorite… I said it! I may like it better than Disney world for the right client!

Disneyland is much smaller and therefore much more manageable. You have little kids (like in the picture below) this may be the place for you!

Canaan and Nixon were young the first time we went and it was SO easy! Getting into the parks was simple, hopping between the 2 parks took less than 10 minutes!

We loved it so much we went back a few years later and the kids loved it just as much!

Let’s chat holidays! Are you a stay at 🏡 or travel ✈️ type of person?

I love a good mix! I love to be at home cozy with my family but I also love a good getaway over a holiday!

What I do love is gifting experiences! Have you ever thought about giving a trip or planning a trip instead of gifts or in addition to gifts?

The great thing with Disney is that you can put a deposit on your trip, lock in your rate and pay as much as you want up until final payment date. It’s so easy! I can even send you reminders!

Pre- Disney trip tip:

Subscribe to Disney+! There’s no better way to get your kids excited for a Disney trip than to let them watch the movies, get to “know” the characters and even watch the making of the Disney Wish!

The first time we took Canaan to Disney world she was about a year old- she knew who all the characters were thanks to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Sophia the First, Jake and the Neverland Pirates and more! It was SO much fun when she saw them in person! Truly magical!

Parent note: As with all streaming apps, I do not agree with all content they stream and closely monitor even the “kid friendly” content on Disney and other streaming services! I am a 🚁 mom❤️🙋🏻‍♀️

Hey, hey everyone! I just wanted to re-introduce myself and give you all a bit of an update. I’ve been with Minnie’s travel boutique for about 7 years now. What started as just a hobby has grown so much thanks to all of YOU!

Who am I? I was born and raised in Bolivar, MO. I now live in southern Indiana. I’ve been married to Jon for 15 years this December ( seems impossible since I’m only 25-haha). We have 2 awesome kids that love to travel- Canaan is 11 and she is truly adventurous! She has no fear and will try anything! Nixon is 9 and a little more reserved, but he is usually up for it if we bribe him with churros!

What do I do? I plan trips for families, friends, couples, etc. some groups are big and some are small. All of my clients will get my attention to each and every detail, custom itineraries, suggestions, & expertise on your trip! I hate waiting on getting emails back, so I try really hard to respond quickly!

Locations? This may be my biggest question! I started out planning Disney trips- Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney cruise line, Aulani, and Adventures by Disney, however it has grown to be so much more than that! While my first love is Disney and I truly believe they have mastered client satisfaction and service, I plan vacations for people to many more locations!
