Recent guest’s daughter and granddaughter Gracie enjoying every bit of what the Raven House was intended for over the winter break.. our Make and Take Art Studio.

I looked at this picture and it immediately made me smile and I thought I saw my mom in Gracies’s mom for a second.

The house is being shut down for a bit for repairs and I am headed up there in February with my daughter to make some memories and do some feel cleaning & re-stocking.

Make plans now for the spring, summer and most defiantly fall. I have my first International traveler coming through in October from Europe and I am excited, she wanted away from everything-and she will most defiantly find it.

You literally feel like you are sitting in the Milky Way. At 6000’ elevation it doesn’t seem like one could get closer, does it?

Brand new Fridge, dishwasher and touch free faucet make the kitchen a beautiful centerpiece. Beautiful one of a kind granite, gas stove, convection oven. New dishes, cups, silverware, plenty of pots and cookware for baking large meals. Traditional coffee maker or brand new Fridge Kuerig available. Seating for 6+ at the table and two more at the bar.

Small artist area to the side with crafting area, painters nook.

Los Ojos… the Burgers are the best hands down. Try a pomegranate margarita too. The ONLY evening bar/restaurant in town currently. Live music on the weekends sometimes. Hot spot fir those passing through. It’s very unique snd different… a must try. 3 miles north of the house!

View from the main deck just after a afternoon July rain, cooling things off. Brand new patio furniture and ceiling fan make this a perfect place for morning and evening relaxing!

Master bedroom. Queen sized bed. Closet to the back that is the size of a small room and is walk through to a half HIS bath, shower/jacuzzi tub that over looks the valley and HER bathroom. The tub is big enough for two, kids to relax in or a nice evening, with the lights dimmed and a glass of wine.

Towel warmer can be plugged in so during the winter you can have a heated towel when you get out of the bath or shower.

Also, just in case you didn’t know. All the floors in the home are radiant heated, so when the heat kicks on, your feet stay warm and toasty, no need for slippers or socks in this home during the winter.

New Brewery in Bernallio, Bosque Brewing, about 35 minutes from Raven House, right by the Casino and Walmart. I had the tacos, little bit got to try all 3 for only $8. The blue curb tortilla chips were amazing and the beer choices are everlasting. Double decker inside seating. Check out the views from our seats!
