We had a productive inshore trip today with our clients catching Snook up to 41” and stayed busy with more Snook and Jacks. Yesterday we fished a quick morning trip with some of our guys from Daiwa and showed them how we use some of their equipment and introduced them to kite fishing. They stayed busy with plenty of bites from Kingfish and Bonito and we had a shot at a Sail. We also had a few Cobia come up around the boat but all were shorts.

We have openings available this month if you’re looking to get in on the action! You can book online at snooknookcharters.com, if you have any questions give Capt. Justin a call at 772-530-1114.

His anglers have also had shots at Tarpon and some big Jacks. Capt. Justin fished the Stuart Sailfish Club’s Jr. Angler Tournament with Eli and his friends and the crew managed to take home 1st, 2nd, 3rd place Snook, 1st place Jack Crevalle and most interesting catch with a Sawfish. The offshore bite has consisted of some steady Sailfish action with Kingfish, Mahi, Blackfin Tuna and a few Wahoo in the mix.

We had a successful inshore half day this morning catching Snook up to 36” and landing one out of a few Tarpon that we had on. The inshore bite has been pretty good on our tips we’ve had over the past week with plenty of Snook around and some Tarpon in the river and off the beach.

The offshore bite has remained steady with a good number of Sailfish around. Kingfish, Mahis and a few Blackfin Tunas have been in the mix surface fishing as well. The bottom fishing has been productive with Mutton and Mangrove Snappers along with some Red and Scamp Groupers.

Book a trip to get in on the action at snooknookcharters.com! Feel free to give Capt. Justin a call at 772-530-1114 with any questions.

It has been a productive week for anglers aboard Snook Nook Charters on both inshore and offshore trips!

Offshore trips have provided action both on the surface and on the bottom. One of the highlights of the week was our clients going 6/7 on Sailfish Thursday. Along with Sailfish, the Kingfish have been around in good numbers with a few Mahis in the mix. On Wednesday we went out to search for some new bottom spots using our new Tanacom 1200 and put together a catch list of Yellowedge Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Vermillion Snappers along with a few other species.

The inshore summer Snook bite is in full swing with plenty of over slot sized fish around and feeding. We’ve had some Tarpon inshore and cruising the beaches along with schools of Jacks off the beaches as well.

If you’re looking to get in on the action, book a trip on our website, snooknookcharters.com or give Capt. Justin a call at 772-530-1114!

Both inshore and offshore trips have provided plenty of action over the past week! The Snook bite has been pretty good with more over slot sized fish starting to make an appearance. May always provides us some excellent Snook fishing as they approach their summer spawn. If you’re looking to harvest a slot sized Snook, the season is open for the rest of the month until it closes on June 1st.

Offshore fishing has been really productive when conditions permit. If you’re looking to go surface fishing, the Mahi bite has been pretty good to start the month with some Sailfish and Blackfin Tunas in the mix. If you’re looking to go bottom fishing, the Mangrove and Mutton Snapper bite has been pretty good as well.

If you want to get in on the action, visit snooknookcharters.com to book a trip or give Capt. Justin a call at 772-530-1114 with any questions.

May typically provides us with some of our best Mahi fishing of the year. Blackfin Tunas and Sailfish have been in the mix as well. Grouper season reopens May 1st if you’re looking to go bottom fishing and the Snapper bite has been picking up too. If you’re looking to fish inshore, the Snook bite continues to improve as we approach the summer with some larger fish around. Snook season closes June 1st so if you’re looking to bring home a keeper, now is the time!

Our Springtime fishing is heating up! Inshore trips have produced Snook, Redfish, Pompano, Jacks and a variety of other species to keep our clients busy over the past week! The Snook fishing will continue to improve as we approach the summer spawn. We’ve been seeing the number of Snook caught increasing and have been seeing some more quality sized fish around.

We offer nearshore and offshore trips as well when conditions permit. It’s a great time of the year to run the beach hunting for schools of big jacks, Cobia and Permit. If you’re looking to go offshore, the Mutton Snapper bite should begin heating up and we should be seeing some good Mahi fishing come our way in May.

We still have a few trips available to close out the month, book a trip at snooknookcharters.com to get in on the action or give Capt. Justin a call at 772-530-1114 with any questions.

Some steady action on our afternoon half day trip yesterday! Our clients ended up catching their limit of Cobia and released a few shorts while trying to find the right ones. We did a little Snook fishing on the way in and ended the day with a nice over slot.

The fishing has been pretty good for us here over the past week with action to be found both inshore and offshore. Inshore water temperatures are warming up which has really helped the Snook bite. As we get into the spring, the Snook fishing will continue to improve. Our clients have also been able to get into some Redfish, Jacks, Snappers, Bluefish and a variety of other species on our inshore trips to stay busy.

March and April provide us opportunities to run offshore trips as well. The bite offshore has consisted of Sailfish, Kingfish, Blackfin Tunas and Mahi for those surface fishing over the past week with the Snapper bite picking up for those bottom fishing. We should expect to see the Cobia start showing up for us any day now as well!

Book a trip with Capt. Justin to get in on the springtime action on our website, snooknookcharters.com or give him a call at 772-530-1114 with any questions!

Snook fishing is starting to pick up for us inshore with some larger fish starting to cooperate and a few heartbreakers lost. Our clients have been picking away at Pompano, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, big Jacks and a variety of other species as there has been plenty of action for us on our inshore and nearshore trips. We can expect to see these species to stick around for the next month and the Snook bite to keep getting better as we get into the spring.

Offshore fishing for Cobia, Permit, Sailfish, Mahi and Blackfin Tuna can be quite productive for us in March and April. The offshore surface bite has been pretty good over the past week as well with plenty of Sails & Blackfins around with more Mahi starting to show up. If you’re interested in booking an offshore trip, give Capt. Justin a call at 772-530-1114 to discuss your options!
