It is my passion to teach & help people catch fish and teach them about the beautiful waters that Martin County has to offer! In 1981, my parents moved me Stuart, FL where I grew up on the St. I have been swimming & playing in the river ever since. I can remember wishing I could play in the river every single day. Since 2009, I have been offering guided, river fishing tours, charters, excursions,

& adventures for up to 6 passengers in our local river systems which include the entire St. Lucie River, the southern Indian River Lagoon, & the St. Lucie Inlet Area near the Atlantic Ocean out of Stuart, Florida. We depart on one of my 18' Dolphin, Back County, Flats Boats. You are sure to catch fish with me no matter your skill level, I guarantee it! Whether you have never caught a fish or love sight fishing with your fly rod, it is my honor to help you. I specialize in most inshore & offshore species using fly, light tackle, & conventional heavy tackle. I will pick you up or meet you any any county boat ramp or a private dock. Recent trip to fish a fishing tournament and visit my bro in Virginia Beach. His son was the net man all tournament day so we took him out to wear his arm out a couple days later. Got his first on fly. This is his first on a lure. He got several more that day. Think we ended up close to fifteen or more reds caught this day. Was a good Take. Check it out. Jensen Beach, Indian River Fishing Report. 10.16.24

Wind is coming up today for the weekend. The full moon is also up.

The last few days have been great. Ben got his first Snook yesterday! 27.5 inches on live Mullet. Mom got one too. Dad slayed the Jacks! My Dog Finely made his mating debut. All did a great job as we boated countless Jacks, a nice keeper Black Drum, some ladyfish, a catfish, a few really nice keeper Mangrove Snapper, some undersized Mutton Snappers, some Sailor's Choice, and even hung out with the dolphins as they passed by. The river was dark from all the rain, however, the mullet run is still going. Lots of Finger Mullet around. Saw some Tarpon. We got everything on live shrimp from Snooknook and cast netted live mullet. Another great day on the water. They are biting and we have been getting our limit in the river most days except for that one day one jumped out at the end. Eitherway, it's been Snapper Tacos for Tuesday. The man in the grey suit taxed in the Indian River. Was Snapper fishing with my bro and kids the other day in Stuart, Fl and hooked this small bull shark on a Penn 3500 combo rod I got from the Snooknook. Was using thirty pound test mono leader and thirty braid with an owner size 1 hook. Took over two hours to land. Everyone helped reel it in. We were able to tail rope it and filleted it up after a couple quick pics. Bull Shark Kabobs should be on the menus around here. Give me a shout if you want to go fishing. The tug is the drug! This is an oversized Snook we caught and released in the Indian River Lagon in Stuart, Florida. We caught it on a live mullet we castnetted.
