Eswatini is a Big 5 destination, with lions and elephants in the Hlane Royal National Park, and black and white rhinos in Hlane and Mhkaya Game Reserve. Safaris are very rewarding, but there are also safari opportunities on horseback, mountain bike or on foot if you want to get up close and personal. That goes even for the rhino, which can be tracked on foot – one of the most thrilling safari experiences out there. But in Eswatini, it's not just about being big, with some rare species of smaller flora and fauna to be discovered. As for birding, the variety of species found in Eswatini's diverse habitats matches that of the much larger Kruger Park in the north of the country, this was one of the best guided safaris where we had one night in Eswatini and one night in Krüger national park and it was an amazing experience and the customers loved it so much

With only 17,364 km² in size, Swaziland has 15% of the fauna and flora recorded in southern Africa and has a diverse landscape marked by mountainous regions, seasonal waterfalls, valleys and dense forest. There are 17 natural reserves that help preserve the country's biodiversity, being a reference in the protection of rhinos. To the east of the country are the three most important wildlife reserves in Swaziland, the Mkhaya Wildlife Sanctuary, Hlane Royal National Park and the Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, which is the first and most famous reserve in the country, with several antelopes and some very friendly hippos! Bazaruto, with sand dunes, is the largest island. Coral reefs around Magaruque and Santa Carolina islands protect rare marine animals, like dugongs. The wetlands, forests and grasslands of Benguerra Island's interior are home to many bird species.

O malambe é uma fruta consumida quase que exclusivamente por todas as pessoas, tendo seu aproveitamento industrial muito limitado. A elaboração de um vinho de malambe seria capaz de impulsionar a economia, uma vez que o produto é nacional e de baixo custo, mas em Moçambique usamos mais para obtenção de sobremesas tais como: sorvetes, iogurtes e Sumos……!

O fruto contém a vitamina B2 necessária para o desenvolvimento do organismo e para manter a integridade das fibras nervosas, peles e olhos, e a niacina que é importante para a regulação de diversos processos metabólicos, que trazem inúmeros benefícios à saúde humana.
