Here is a great example why travel insurance is so highly recommended. You never know what might happen while you’re on your trip. Yes we have health insurance but sometimes it won’t cover the cost like a helicopter ride off of a cruise ship or to get you off the mountain to a hospital where then your health insurance then kicks in.

Medical emergency comes up often and unexpected.
