Wondering about those intriguing "Dog House" structures atop the Litch Hotel? We've been flooded with questions, but fear not, no pups will be left on the roof! Originally, the Litch boasted 9 skylights, now resurrected with a modern twist. Our new dormers featuring windows on each side, flooding our spaces with natural light and they look super cool. This summer, all 6 units upstairs will open their doors. We're counting down the days to our open house – can't wait to share these stunning spaces with our community!

We are looking for a couple additional of cleaners to help keep our units spotless as we add more units soon. We pay well, allow you to bring your kids to work when you're cleaning and provide a Christmas bonus. If you are interested in learning more let us know and we can provide more information. We have all 6 showers completed for our 2nd floor remodel. All 6 units will have a unique Wallowa County theme just like the 7 downstairs units. The themes downstairs are 1. Wallowa Lake, 2. logging/forests 3. Mountains, 4. Fergi/Skiing, 5. Camping, 6. Jo Days Rodeo and 7. Old Wallowa County/Homan's drug store. Can you guess any of the 2nd floor themes? Do any of the showers designs help?

lots of work is being completed on the 2nd floor of the Litch Hotel. All 6 2nd floor units will be open this summer. We can't wait to share the finished product with our guests.

We are really excited about our progress on the 2nd floor of the Litch Building. Here is a pic of what a bedroom looked like when we bought it compared to what it looks like now. New windows, electrical, plumbing, hvac, insulation, drywall make a big difference. We can't wait to share our 6 2nd floor units with guests next spring/summer.

Litch Hotel Open House. Todd and Andy, The McKee brothers, are excited to be hosting a community open house at the Litch Hotel. The 7th of 7 condos on the first floor of the Litch Hotel went live last night on Airbnb, VRBO and our website. This 1-bedroom condo, Ruby Peak, is our old-time drug store themed unit featuring part of the original Homan Rexall Drug sign from the outside of the building on the wall as well as our one of a kind safe converted into a sauna. We will have an event for members of the community to tour all of our 1st floor units.

We are so excited that our Matterhorn unit at the Litch Hotel is finally open. Its been open for only three weeks and has been full almost the entire time. Its our largest unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Andy. my brother continues to flex his creative side in both construction and decorating. The Matterhorn, our Wallowa Lake themed unit, is the next unit to open at Litch Hotel. It will be the largest unit in our portfolio at over 2,700 square feet. Three bedrooms, one standard bathroom with a shower and one larger bathroom with a shower and a clawfoot tub and will sleep 8 comfortably. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in front of the fireplace, eating at the large dining room table that seats 8 and having fun playing pool, shuffleboard and foosball. We will start taking reservations in early June.

Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals is proud to be pet friendly. Bring your pup(s) with you on your next visit for $25 a night/pup. If you book a reservation in May on our website, the first $50 of the pet fee will be free. Come visit Wallowa County in springtime.

Check out our two awesome male donkeys - Uncle Jim and Sq**rt! They're both males, and they're definitely the stars of our farm. Uncle Jim is six years old, and he's as gentle as can be. He loves nothing more than meeting new people and making friends. Sq**rt, on the other hand, is a spunky nine-month-old with a fiery red mane. He's full of energy and always up for some fun!

We're proud to offer stud services through Uncle Jim, and we're equally proud of our diverse animal family. From horses and goats to alpacas and chickens, we've got all kinds of critters to meet and greet if you visit Eagle Cap Farms.

Combining elements of two photos we gave him to work with, he did an incredible job of capturing the beauty of a local sunset and the majesty of our mountains.

📌 As you drive through downtown Enterprise, keep an eye out for this breathtaking 15ft by 9ft work of art. And stay tuned - soon, we'll be lighting it up at night to make it even more eye-catching! 🌟

Homan Rexall Drugs was a major fixture in the Litch Building for many years. You can see the sign for it in the bottom left hand corner of the first picture. We found that very sign in the building. We have cleaned it up and are going to be putting it up on the wall of Ruby Peak, the latest unit we are working to open.

Our Razz Lake Unit at The Lakes Basin Village in Joseph just got a fresh makeover with a new paint job and new furniture. Renovating such an old building has many challenges. The latest challenge we are updating is the water pressure. Previously the Litch building only had one restroom downstairs and one community restroom upstairs for 5 offices and 11 apartments. Just this week we upgraded the water pipe coming into the building to meet the demand of the 17 bathrooms and 13 kitchens we are building.
