Our chicken cordon bleu is back on the menu! We take our ABF farms' boneless, skinless chicken breast, tenderize it, brine it for 4 hours, insert prosciutto and provolone cheese, and then do a flour, egg, and bread crumb dredge. It is lightly fried and then baked in the oven. Served with lemon-caper sauce for a delicious flavor taste. Come visit us, and I look forward to preparing your next meal!
