Glacier Gardens Rainforest Adventure needs more people for the summer season! Do you care for the environment and our pristine Alaskan wilderness? Are you 18 years of age or older and love to interact with people?

Join the team at Glacier Gardens as a Tour Guide and share the importance of good forest management practices and how we are preserving our portion of the rainforest. No experience necessary but a great attitude and outgoing personality is a must! We’ll train the right people, and several positions are available. Apply in person or online at glaciergardens.com. Today we had a first in our 26 years of operation!

A local family asked if they could release the three butterflies they had grown at home. They are a native butterfly that was a week or so early in their hatching.

So fun to watch them adapt after being a caterpillar!
