Happy Hump Day! Gastineau Guiding guests, guides, and captains were awe-struck this week when the sun came out and three whales started bubble net feeding and lunging out of the water. 🐋☀🕶

It's mushroom season in the rainforest. Don't forget to look closer when you're on the trail. These are Sheathed Woodtufts and you may find some on the Trail of Time, one of the beautiful trails we lead hikes on everyday. 🌿🌲🍄

This week, our Gastineau Guiding boats witnessed an incredible natural phenomenon: Humpback Whales bubble net feeding! This rare and fascinating behavior, left everyone in awe. 🐋 🌊 ⛴️

So excited to be part of locals day whale watch where we took out 215 locals and all the profits went to our local food bank!

The world comes to us for 5 months, but we local operators were able to give Juneauites an evening on the water just for them!

We are lucky to witness so many amazing moments! this breathtaking moment of a humpback whale's tail gracing the waters with the stunning Chilkat Mountains of Alaska as the backdrop. Nature's grandeur never ceases to amaze! 🌊🏔️
