🚨BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Wishes do come true! I’ve been waiting for Disney to bring back the ability to schedule Genie+ BEFORE my trip!

Here’s what I know:

✨Starts July 24, 2024
✨New, simpler names provide more clarity. Disney Genie+ service will become Lightning Lane Multi Pass & Individual Lightning Lane will now be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass.
✨We can make Lightning Lane plans before your vacation. 
✨Choose experiences and times prior to purchasing, so you know what you’re getting
✨Lightning Lane Single Pass will work much like it does today, where you can secure a time to ride one of the highly demanded attractions, but now you can do so in advance.  
✨Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels (Shades of Green Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels) will be able to plan Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance for their entire stay (up to 14 days).
✨Off property guests can plan up to 3 days in advance.
✨You may purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass or both.
✨The app will also be updated to make it quicker and easier to purchase and plan, with fewer steps and a new option to purchase Lightning Lane Single Pass and Lightning Lane Multi Pass in one transaction.

My family and I just returned from a 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean’s newest ship, the Icon of the Seas.
This ship is simply amazing and beautiful.

Our sailing was the first sailing sold at 100%. Until this sailing they were in soft opening mode. The ship was also sold out. Not once did i feel there were over 7300 passengers on board. I never felt it was crowded at all.

Over the next few weeks I will share about our time on the ship. I will cover the activities onboard, the stateroom, dining, shows, and various areas on the ship.

✨🥇Medal Monday🥇✨

This Medal Monday comes at the close of the live race season. This past weekend I participated in Stitch’s Ohana Challenge which consisted of a 5K, 10K and 10 miler. It was both hard and amazing. I am so glad I did it, and so thankful for all of you who supported me through this race.

Unfortunately, my injuries have finally caught up with me and after running through them for several years I am taking the foreseeable future off from running. I am listening to my body and going to seek help in healing these injuries. It has pained me not to register for the next Disney season, but I know it is what is right.

So, this medal Monday I want to share some highlights from the past season:

Springtime Surprise Weekend: It was probably the most challenging due to my injury bothering me so much. Thank God I had the support of friends like Phil, Amy, Tiffany, Heather, and one other not to be named 😉 I did have the most luck with Jump shots in a weekend and 3 amazing finish photos, so we are calling this weekend a win!

Disneyland Dumbo Double Dare Challenge: (10K and Half) This race was a few short days after the WDW Half and was across the country. Thankfully, my sole sister Renee and Phil were there by my side along with an entire group from . It was so fun to run through Disneyland as WDW is my home base. The half challenged me as I was placed in the last corral, but Melanie and I overcame this and succeeded.

Marathon Weekend Half Marathon – The one that was cut short. After the course was cut at about 7 miles, I completed the miles at my resort with a handful of my crazy RunDisney Family. A very Memorable experience.

I know many of my friends are sad to see me put a suspension on running but know the goal is to be back and stronger than ever. Please take away from this that listening to your body is really what is important.

Keep Running friends. Every Mile is Magic.

Starting Today, Walt Disney World will introduce park-specific Genie+.

Guests purchasing Genie+ will select either a single-park option or multiple-parks option. "Multiple Parks" will work same as current Genie+ with valid Park Hopper. Prices will vary by date and park.
With this update Genie+ prices will be lower at some parks compared to others.

As an example, on June 27 prices will be:

Multiple Parks: $27/person
Magic Kingdom: $27/person
Hollywood Studios: $24/person
EPCOT: $18/person
Animal Kingdom: $16/person

🏅🏅Medal Monday🏅🏅
That’s a wrap on the race season. This season I ran at least one race every race weekend.

Last year when I broke my foot I was so bummed to miss princess. I set out to try and accomplish one race every race weekend.

This goal meant I needed to stay trained from October through April.

I did it, and had so much fun along the way. I loved hanging with my friend at each race and look forward to more in the future.

RunDisney Expo

The day before any RunDisney race you will need to go to the Expo to pick up your Race Bib and Race Shirt.

There is so much to see and do at the Expo. Many vendors set up booths you can buy neat things for racing. Others have booths with activities. You can even make signs to cheer on runners. Lots are giving things away too.

There are many opportunities for photos. You can get group photos, take them with the big numbers or even the signs with the medals.

For this Expo my family joined me and it was so much fun.

🙌🏻This is just an FYI from me:

Dining reservations these days are HARD, people HOARD reservations (tons), availability is still not 100% percent for restaurants at Disney Restaurants.

I wake up at 5am for each client and try my very best to get everything on your list!! Sometimes they are completely sold out on your dining day because other reservations got to book 60 days before you.

I personally pay multiple companies for dining alerts so that each client gets exactly what they want! (But remember I am not a miracle worker lol I can only do so much)

I just want to let my clients know that I am here for you, I want you to eat at Topolino’s, chef Mickey’s & get to experience all the things!!! I promise if you haven’t heard from me I am actively trying EVERY DAY, to get you exactly what you want!

Featuring seasonal décor, Halloween-themed attractions, photo opportunities with favorite Disney characters and villains, plus specialty treats and more, there is something for everyone during this spook-tacular celebration.

🎃Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit – a delightful family-friendly pumpkin hunt – will return Sept. 9 – Oct. 31, 2022. The Halloween spirit will also extend to Downtown Disney District with colorful pumpkin décor and specialty offerings, plus the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort will have Halloween-themed lobby displays, too.
