Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic escape. From your fourth-floor lanai, you have 180-degree v

iews of the ocean, shuffleboard court, pool/Jacuzzi/barbecue area, putting green, gardens and koi ponds, and the beautiful West Maui Mountains. Our expansive living room has a cathedral ceiling, which gives an open, airy, very spacious feeling. Wall of glass to the lanai slides completely open to let in the sights, smells and sounds of this beautiful island. Our large kitchen is fully equipped and completely remodeled with granite countertops and backsplash and top-of-the-line, full-sized appliances, including a side-by-side, full-sized refrigerator rather than just an apartment-sized one. All the lower cabinets have pull-out shelves for easy reach and storage. Our condominium comfortably sleeps six. The master BR has a king-size bed and mirrored closet doors. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room with a 6-inch mattress. The twin beds in the loft can be configured into a second king-size bed when requested. All linens are provided, including beach towels, and there is a new Bosch washer and dryer in the hallway closet for your convenience. There are two bathrooms. The master bath has been completely remodeled and has a glass-block shower for two, a tropical rain shower, and a kitchen-height countertop. The loft has a new, full-sized bathroom with a pedestal sink, shower with a river-rock floor, and plenty of shelves for all your needs. Papakea has 13 oceanfront acres of beautiful tropical landscaping, vast lawns, peaceful lagoons, and bridges. There two pools and two Jacuzzis, as well as two putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts on the property. Championship golf courses are but moments away. Coconut palms outline your views of the Pacific and the nearby islands of Lana’i and Moloka’i. The sounds of rustling palms, tropical birds, and gentle surf relax and comfort you. Ahhhh, yes, isn't this exactly what you had in mind? Our guests have consistently commented that neither pictures nor words adequately describe G-407. You can be assured that every aspect of our condo will meet or exceed your expectations. Be observant before you enter the ocean to see whether there are flat places in the line of surf. If there are, don’t swim out at that spot!! Wes and I were not aware of how to spot a rip, and we both got caught in one at a beach we loved. After we were back onshore, the lifeguard showed us how to be aware and what to look for.

Important!

For those hitting the ocean and waves this summer.
Reminder:
This is really simple. You can spot a rip current. Unfortunately, it's where it looks easiest and safest to enter the sea. This is because the rip current is looping around and pulling back OUT. Hence no waves rolling IN. NEVER ENTER THE SEA HERE. If you are already in the sea and get caught in a rip current (you'll know because you will suddenly be moved from your location and it will be impossible to swim against it) don't panic. Swim ACROSS, not against the rip current. For example, rather than trying to swim to shore while being pushed out, swim parallel to the beach and you will be able to get out. Then you can swim ashore. Please educate friends or family visiting the beaches this summer. Stay safe 🙏
