You do the driving & we’ll do the guiding on Maui’s famous Road to Hāna.

It is 60+ miles of highway, carved into the cliffs of one of the most beautiful tropical rainforests in the world. Its curves hug the coastline of the blue Pacific, and its dramatic landscape will take your breath away...and that's just if you stay in your car.

Did you know there is a second set of wind turbines on Maui? These are the Auwahi wind turbines off the Piilani Highway outside of Kula, in the Kanaio Natural Reserve Area. Grab a bite at or sips at & drive a little further to see these massive structures up close.

There’s a small shoulder with a few parking spaces available, including directional and interpretive signage to learn more! (You may also spot whales from this vantage point during the winter months.)
