Good morning! I just grabbed a cup of coffee from the common area, which is my favorite little perk of this place. Then I walked out to the seawall to watch the sun rise over my unit. I had a week with no one staying here, so I took advantage and flew over.

Hello friends. Steph and I are excited to be renting our vacation rental to the VRBO and Airbnb world. We are heading to Kona over the 4th of July to finish buying furniture and getting it ready for guests. We are going to be in a "soft opening" for a few weeks. If you have any interest in going to the most fantastic Alii drive condo that will be completely remodeled from head to toe for a very discounted rate let me know. Here is the catch. You need to be flexible because if we run into any snags with finishing the unit you'll need to have a plan b. If mid July and August are flexible for you give us shout and we can see if you can be one of the first to take her for a spin.
