Simple is the Best!
Garlic Butter Sautéed Abalone
1. Sauté minced garlic in butter. (Olive oil can be substituted)
2. Add sliced abalone, I recommend S to M size Frozen-Cooked abalone. Sauté a few minutes till get brown.

As you wish...
Flavor with Soy, Ponzu or Chili sauce.
Add green onions.

Abalone is low fat, high protein. It's a healthy food.

Aloha everyone. Food Truck Friday will be set up as usual in the HPM parking lot from 4-7:30, however to protect our community & follow state mandates, we are asking all vendors and attendees to once again wear masks and be safe. Mahalo for your kokua.
