Chris had a passion to create an effortless experience for guests and owners alike. With her keen attention to detail she successfully mastered routine maintenance, inspections and guest services. A complex thinker, Lorrie contributed her expertise to create a strong foundation for Kona Coast Vacations. Her immense knowledge in, regulations and real estate created the perfect team with Chris, guiding the KCV team to success for years to come. In 2011, a guest found a great interest in Kona Coast Vacations. A successful entrepreneur and business analyst, Ted joined forces with Chris and Lorrie and together they grew the company even more. Kona Coast Vacations earned Fastest Fifty business growth awards five years in a row from 2014 through 2018. Since then, Chris and Lorrie have retired from KCV; Chris to spend time with her grandchildren, while Lorrie has created another company focusing on Long Term Rentals. Ted continues to lead the Kona Coast Vacations team to success with his strategic vision for the vacation rental industry.
