Rick and I purchased "Summer Sky's" cottage in the summer of 2012. We have lived here at the lake for the past 25 years, and we love it! It is just so beautiful and peaceful here. The scenery is incredible during all the seasons and the sunsets are just breathtaking. The cottage is situated on the lake with 250 ft. of private lake front footage. It has a new double wide T shaped dock, for your fis
hing, swimming, relaxation and boating needs. The main access and boat launch is just 2 doors down. There are tie downs on the dock, as well as the water wall for your boat and other toys! The cottage has a large deck out front that over looks the lake and is fully furnished for your outside entertaining needs, along with an outdoor speaker system for your musical enjoyment! There are 2 firepits as well . (think Smore's, sing alongs, and story telling!) The back of the cottage has a covered patio with a gas grill for your grilling needs along with a prep table. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, off from the completely remodeled kitchen. The cottage was renovated in the fall of 2011 and winter of 2012. It has all new windows and doors . A new kitchen, new flooring in the kitchen, living and dining area and new knotty pine throughout as well! It has a gas fireplaces, 1 full bathroom in the bedroom area; and 1 half bathroom off the laundry room by the back entrance door. It has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two trundle beds( each one sleeps 2). There is also a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Our cottage comfortably sleeps 8.
