"Holoholo" to the north shore last weekend...while my grandson slept in the car....heading up the hill from Hanalei going over the bridge and up to Lapperts Ice Cream in Princeville for a waffle cone with Kona coffee ice cream. My absolute favorite!

Happy Aloha Sunday from Kaua'i! The view today and always from Sam's Ocean View in Kapa'a is awesome. Food is also "ono". The Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike Path in Kapa'a is a great place to walk, bike or stroll...right on the ocean!

Here is my view this morning driving to work! No complaints here. I had to stop and take in this lovely morning! Below is the Ke Ala Hele Makalae walking/bike path enjoyed by many on the east side. Whales were active this morning too!

Garden Island Properties LLC is a family owned and operated Real Estate and Property Management business on the Island of Kauai in Hawaii.

The company was founded by Greg and Sue Strickland in 1992 and just a few months later, Hurricane Iniki hit Kauai when Greg was renovating the office. Sue took the business to their home temporarily, while Greg remodeled the office and the doors opened for business prior to the end of 1993 located in Waipouli, Kapa’a.

Greg has been a licensed realtor since 1986 and Sue since 1991; both are licensed Brokers. They are the proud parents of 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Daughter, Kanani joined the company in 2015 after working in the finance industry for 12 years and is now a licensed real estate Broker and works in Property Management. Most recently Sarah Bach Cater has been a welcoming addition to the ohana with over 12+ years in the hospitality industry.

Garden Island Properties LLC specializes in Vacation Rental Property Management and General Real Estate Brokerage and has proudly been in business in the same location for over 27 years. We look forward to having you stay with us!
