The island is finally beginning to open back up. Granted, lots of hoops to jump through. 😞

Maybe you want to stop and see Pearl Harbor for a few days before your visit. Or, experience one of the “resort bubbles” if you’ve never been.

Yay! No second test! Kauai is back open for business on 10/15 as long as you have a valid COVID-19 test within 3 days of travel.

Kauai had asked for stricter protocols, asking the governor to OK a plan that would require travelers to not only get a test before coming to the island but get one several days after they arrive.
