What is love? Where do we find joy? Why do we suffer? When we can be truly present to what is, what happens? How can we build our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual container so that we may be in this world, not heart broken but with a heart broken open? A seeker and a seer, Brinda Maira is a commitment to individual and collective liberation. Her core intention this lifetime is to totally
and truly love herself. Brinda hails from an untamable and unruly lineage of activists, artists, teachers, spiritual healers, and lovers. She is the granddaughter of Gandhian freedom fighters, a renown self-taught energy healer, and a highly ordained Tibetan nun who served directly under His Holiness the 16th Karmapa. She is a daughter of one of Midnight’s Children, with ancestors that keep crossing borders. She is an 18th blood descendent of Baba Guru Nanak, the founding guru of the Sikh faith. Transgression and transcendence, intervention and invention abound in her blood. Intuitive and empathic, Brinda’s session work integrates her own unique and innate gift with her study and practice of biodynamic craniosacral, sufficiency, somatics, Vipassana meditation, and yoga. Her work encompasses generational trauma, soul contracts, lineage clearing, and the identification and release of embodied emotional patterns. She works with clients to restore, repair, and heal in order to live this lifetime in their truth, gift, and light. Join Brinda as she walks this path of recovery and discovery and experience your wounding as blessings unbounded. Learn more and contact Brinda at www.heartbrokenopen.love.
