There are four bedrooms: one master with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a queen sized bedroom with an adjacent and shared bathroom, and upstairs in the loft, is a room with a queen bed and a room with two twins.

The house comes with one dock slip and there are lots of water toys: a sailboat, one man kayak, canoe and rowboat.

Boathouse is on the leeward side of a bay on Lake George, protected from the wind and has gorgeous views of neighboring Buck Mountain. One side is undeveloped land and a tall evergreen hedge on the other give privacy on the waterfront.
