To our valued customers.

With great customer service, comes success!
With too much success, customer service lacks and that is not our goal.
As you know we strive to answer your inquires as fast as possible sometimes at all hours of the day and night
and with the word of mouth alone we we have built a large customer following which we can’t thank you enough for. I, Randy do all of Royal Caribbean and Maria does everything else which isn’t as much. With most of our business going to Royal Caribbean because of fantastic rates it is getting harder for me to keep up, so much so that I had an episode of stress induced cardiac a-fib/RVR which landed me in the hospital a few days while they tried to figure it out. This of course put me further behind in answering your inquires

Now how are we going to fix our customer service.
I will be training Maria more of the Royal Ways we do business to get you booked with the best rates. Any new clients that are referred to us for Royal or any other cruise lines will be going to Maria and I may have to refer some of my existing clients over to Maria so we can get you answered as quickly as possible.
I juggle my family, work and sometimes fun and it’s not fair to you to have to wait especially when I am on a cruise or out sick.
We are going to ask you for your help by sending those inquiries M-F between 10:00am-6:00pm CST, of course if it is an emergency we will monitor and try and get back to you ASAP if it’s after hours. If it is just a simple inquiry we will get back to you the next business days.
We post most of our greatest rates on this
Page, however we have group rates on most sailings that are 4 or months before sailing on Royal and Celebrity
Our hardest question we get is what kind of deal do we have with a large range of dates so we ask if you could narrow it down to as small as date range as possible as we would have to search 100’s of cruises to find better rates.

When your watch alerts you listen!
My watch went off the other day saying A Fib detected. I blew it off thinking it’s probably from being tired from cruise and doing stairs etc.as I felt fine. Fast forward to today I go in for my colonoscopy like a good boy and get sent directly to the ER with A Fib all that prep for nothing. Again I felt fine just tired and light headed and thought it was from prep, no food and no sleep again. Now I have to follow up with a cardiologist before I can go on my next adventure which probably isn’t gonna happen. I am not worried just a little scared that there are no symptoms.
So now the stress of trying to find a cardiologist with an opening anytime soon. Wish me luck.
I promise I take care of myself so I’m gonna take myself out of commission for a few days while I figure this out, this is just odd to me.
Life goes on.
