My humble people back home in Kenya...take a break & laugh a little. Yes indeed , during their tea-time at 10 am and 4pm, not to mention lunch at 1:00pm. One thing is different, they take the time to laugh. I have my tea-time and lunch-time too and I utilize humor to unwind. The next client that I engage with makes his/her day, because I am invigorated, rejuvenated and ready to conquer. Life is too short.
