Coast Guard to transact business on the water. Flori has over 15 years of experience sailing and racing on Lake Michigan and is happy to share the excitement of sailing with you! SV Bon Temps is a 1985 Kirie Elite 30S, 31 foot racer/cruiser that has had many restorations and modifications over the years and she is ready to take you out on the lake. sailing adventures and excursions to the Kenosha community and visitors to the area. See our services menu below for our current offerings. We look forward to sailing with you! Bon Temps Sailing Charters of Kenosha is not a bareboat charter or delivery service. Sailing is weather dependent. If weather affects your sailing appt, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule before we depart. Sailing is an athletic activity and therefore the signing of a full release will be required before we depart. We are located at Kenosha’s very own Southport Marina:

I would like to thank Elizabeth and Sam for joining us for the 6 hour lunch cruise yesterday! We had fun sailing with 2 great people down to Tropics in Winthrop Harbor for an awesome lunch. Destination cruises are my favorite and will be yours too! Book yours today!

Racing season is here. Sailing Ron’s J110, we finished 2nd in our division and 4th overall for the LMSS Double Handed Championship to Port Washington. 17 of 46 boats finished. The rest dropped due primarily to a 40mph cold front that blasted us at Racine near the reef and sustained for well over and hour. The rest of the way was a very gusty beat into the wind and waves. Had to work for this one for sure. Thanks for the sail Ron!
