Lots of things brewing here!

*we have a limited amount of shirts and hoodies left, I’ll get a list out shortly of sizes. $10/ shirt and $30/ hoodie just to get rid of them before our next design comes out!

*if anyone wants whole herring please get with me, my order is going in within the month and should have some extra room on one of the pallets.

*bait shops- we are continually looking to expand if anyone has a hookup with a local shop (not Michigan at this time) or is interested in carrying our cut bait please reach out. If you get me a lead or an account I’ll make it worth your while in bait and merch!

*we will be back at the Niagara show in Feb. More to come on this, I wanna have some fun with it so stay tuned on what’s in store.

The crew did great on the rods with the tough bite we had. Managed to break the 30lb club with a 30.17 King. Great job guys!

🌟 Honey Pineapple Jalapeño Salmon 🌟
A delicious and flavorful salmon dish with a perfect balance of sweetness and heat.

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together diced pineapple, jalapeño, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spoon the honey pineapple jalapeño mixture over the top of each fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.
4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
