Ever wondered how the milking process works?🐮🥛

It all starts in the milking parlor, where cows are carefully milked, and the fresh milk flows into a refrigerated tanker to keep it cool and fresh. Once the tanker is full, it heads off to the processing plant the farm partners with. There, the milk is unloaded and begins its transformation into delicious dairy products. For us, that means one thing—cheese! All the milk from our farm is turned into the delicious cheese we all know and love!🧀

Construction under way at Lilac Shanty

We have started the process of being able to move the bedrooms to the first floor! First step was cleaning out my craft room so that we can move the scrapbooking and paper supplies into there to create a little store for guests. Once the boutique is empty we can begin construction on the walls for the new bedrooms!! More updates to come...
