Preparing to Succeed.....When will you next ‘Dance the Light’ ?

As an enthusiast, a dreamer, an artist and above all a lover of the Keys, I wanted to write you about a topic close to my heart....
Planning a Diving/Snorkelling/Fishing/Kayaking Adventure within the Family Vacation ? Or simply wanting ‘the Best’ without breaking the Bank ?
As water loving adventurers, divers, fisherfolk, there’s a great deal of attention and planning to all the Safe Integrity of Equipment, selection of the Dive/Kayak/or Fishing Captain best suited, and how the ‘mix of the Package’ suits your Ability, Personal Challenges and Goals, and not surprisingly the ‘Package Cost’ including Accommodations. Quite often the easy option is to simply buy the Dive Operators full package....or maybe you're thinking we'll just buy a budget hotel room off online consolidators like Expedia or Hotels etc.
It's no secret for instance that a lot of the Dive operators just make an affiliation with a local hotel operator...usually there's an arrangement between the dive operation and the hotel vendor, and there's no question that for solo Divers, or perhaps budget minded couples, who just want to buy a budget package, they work!
However, the idea behind this article is to explore more of a ‘WHAT-IF ‘? A little bit like my canvas pictured ‘Dancing the Light’, the composition of the ‘Perfect Trip’ can be a bit more multi layered….
From time to time, we have realised a booking from a Family group where maybe one or two family members are Diving, or going on a Kayak Safari, but the rest of the group would benefit from a more complete array of facilities, as well as greater privacy and an array of in-accommodation facilities that add value and quality.
Maybe you’re less constrained by the budget, and simply want the BEST! What if you could get both?....and without ‘Breaking the Bank’! The answer of course could well be a Condo with ALL of the foregoing...
You can still buy a ‘Dive Package’ or a 'Kayak Package' or even some Fishing Charter Days out whilst bolting on a bespoke Privately Owned Accommodation that better suits your groups needs and wants...with a super nice kitchen, clean and modern throughout, beautiful views, the big 65inch 4K TV like home, maybe the private superfast wifi network so you can still keep up with the workplace etc....whatever you value....we have been updating and hosting guests when we're not using the place ourselves for more than 20 years. Constantly trying to refine and evolve standards to meet the needs of discerning guests.

We are offering direct enquirers with a maximum party size of 4 people the opportunity to Book Directly at our Kawama Tower 406, Kawama Yacht Club property in Key Largo at a rate for 7 nights of $1530 plus exit cleaning lump-sum $150 plus Florida Sales Tax and Local Monroe County Taxes totalling 12.5% for a Grand Total of $1890. Or, of course we offer booking via the large OTA's such as VRBO.com (Property ID 17772ha) or Airbnb.com (rooms/10286333) plus their booking fees etc. Our offer price has an option for 1 boat trailer access and parking and launch of a boat less than 24 feet long, via our community 'free to launch and retrieve boat ramp'. However slip rental is not included and we will help connect you with a slip booking agent if requested. Our Kawama Community requires minimum $300K Liability Insurance Coverage to launch and pre-registration for access with a watercraft.

Hey Everyone, have you been looking and wondering, should we switch to Hotwire…?
Maybe you're looking for Vacation Rental that has the latest technology, where you and the kids can use your stuff withour fighting over the Internet Band Width or you can't do stuff you want to because the WiFi is really slow ? !!! No More !
We just made the change, Xfinity wanted a King’s Ransom to make the upgrade to ‘full fiber’ and install all the necessary hard wear. Hotwire put the infrastructure in for free in return for a term agreement. So we rolled the dice….this project has been 100% successful and pain free. Trying to do this long distance in our Vacation rental home in the Florida Keys made it a challenge. But with the help of the Operations Team Leader Daniel Martinez and the rest of his Hotwire Communications crew it has gone amazingly smoothly. We highly recommend !

::: Coral stone effect dining & occasional furniture.
::: Kitchen is all new and well equipped with small and large appliances, including Ninja coffee maker that handles K cartridges/ground, Sparkly Quartz etc. Guests often say they found our Kitchen particularly well equipped which is because we often like to cook when we're in residence ourselves.

::: 4th Floor aspect, elevated balcony views of the Ocean looking east & Rock Harbor lagoons looking west, with the unique treehouse effect of mature breeze filled palm trees. We enjoy sunsets and sunrises depending on the time of year and the angle of the sun.
::: The property is maintained to high standards and we renew many soft furnishings twice a year brand new, we re-decorate as necessary on a cycle and replace major furnishings on a structured cycle so things are always fresh and nearly new. Our most recent projects have included ; All new Kitchen. In the Living Space there's an all new 65-inch smart TV. In the utility a new LG washer-dryer. There are new mattresses, there’s new A/C and new tile. When you walk in, you'll immediately sense this is a very much cared for and well maintained property...

::: Top-notch hygiene and safety measures for your peace of mind. We maintain additional cleaning and disinfection procedures and a ‘deep cleaning schedule of tasks’ is followed.

National Geographic describes the Keys as the most beautiful and greatest of scenic places to visit on Earth. Tropical scenery and diverse water based activities are the focus for most visitors.
The Florida Keys are home to a myriad of wild animals and we are a conservation destination with more than a dozen National and State parks including the Everglades and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park to adventure into.
Excellent fishing is available from the docks, beaches and bridges, whilst boating, swimming, kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling, scuba diving and sailing are a simply a way of life that visitors are able to join in with.

PRIVACY DECLARATION Please note ; The Community Pools have safety cameras which oversight the decks and pools linked to the community Security Office. Staff make patrols of the grounds / marina and public access areas on a hourly basis to monitor weather and tidal factors that may affect guest safety and compliance with local laws and regulations. We as the owners also have 'one' actively recording camera overlooking the front door access which records video and audio. There are no internal devices, and the single Ring device is on the exterior of the property.

Perspective showing Tower, beach,waterfront, pier, Flats Fishing opportunities. Whether a casual occasional fisherman or serious angler, a fly-fisherman or a spin tackle angler, there are a variety of exciting, fast swimming game fish waiting to be caught.
When you stay with us at Kawama Tower 406 at Kawama Yacht Club, fishing is available from several locations around the community waterfront. Our pier extends about 600 feet out into the Ocean and as migrating and travelling schools move along the shoreline with the tides, everything has to go around this feature. Fishing is available at the end of the pier or by wading the adjacent sea grass flats which are hard bottomed in this area.
For something different, try near the rock breakwater to the left of the beach – set baits out on low incoming tide for Tarpon – take your partner with a book, the chill box and a few beers.
For the more adventurous fisherman, wading off the beach to left or to the right in front of the mangroves is available for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, Barracudas and Bonnetheads.

Enjoy Luxury Standards at affordable prices.... Our Key Largo Holiday Vacation Rental home is fully air conditioned and all on one level with Tiled floors for hygiene throughout.
We have a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 x full size doubles in the second bedroom. All beds have quality posture-pedic mattresses.
Just replaced the master mattress with a new generation 'Sweet Night' which has been critically acclaimed, and is amazing. You sort of float into a cool memory foam layer which is bonded with pocket springs below. We had a complaint in 2019 that the Sealey we had in there before was a little too hard, so here's listening to our guest's needs and wants....
Soft furnishings such as bed sheets, covers and bath towels are of high quality to ensure so you’ll enjoy the touch of a little luxury whilst on vacation. We replace these every few months so they are always in good condition. There is comfortable sleeping for a maximum of six guests, although we prefer couples, smaller families or two couples sharing wherever possible.
We also provide a fold-away cot and high chair for a family with a small infant. Both bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with the master being luxuriously appointed with walk-in double shower and fine fixtures & fittings. Our Kawama Yacht Club home offers a spacious 1325 square feet of internal living space in an open plan format. Also featured are all large American appliances and usual smaller kitchen accessories within the integral breakfast nook. We would add that the kitchen is well equipped with smaller appliances, mixers and hand tools so you really can cook, if you wish to do so. You will also have access to our own private high speed WiFi service with good band width. The living room has a wide screen HD TV with some enhanced channels like movies available, a DVD and Stereo System with CD player and Ipod dock. There's also an integral utility room equipped with washing machine and dryer. The main dining and living area features contemporary furnishings of coral stone effect furniture and leather sofas. Patio doors open onto your private balcony with ocean view from an elevated 4th floor aspect whilst we enjoy a unique tropical 'tree-house' effect of adjacent breeze filled swaying palm trees. We also enjoy lovely sunrises and sunsets from the balcony varying according to the angle of the sun through the year. There are also seats, an umbrella, beach towels and coolers for taking on excursion days. Everything has been thoughtfully appointed for an enjoyable vacation experience...
